During is weekend booking, you are welcome to arrive late or leave early but your required upfront payment remains the same regardless.
Food for thought: The average nightly hotel room rental in this area is $200 or more. $200 times three would be $600 per room. Just $50 less per room for a comparatively tiny box without a yard, a beachfront, a full kitchen, a living room, a dining room, a balcony or screened porches where you can just chill.
